4th ART BY CHANCE Short Film Festival, organized by ANBEAN will take place in october this year, submissions are open now. Expose the secret artist inside you until September 28th 2012, submit your ‘Home themed 30 seconds short film’ for the festival and reach the millions all around the world!

Selected one of the 20 coolest festivals of the year by the MovieMaker Magazine, Art By Chance is one of the biggest public art organizations of the world.

You do not need to buy a ticket or go to the cinema for this festival! Films will enter your lives on a sudden at subways, buses, airports, shopping malls, trains, sports halls, art galleries, museums, cafes and bars! “HOME” themed creative short films will catch you all of a sudden while you go on the subway, waiting at the airport, shopping or just walking around. The digital screens spread over the whole city will be hosts for this festival.

Selected by an international jury including Walt Disney producer Don Hahn, uniquely creative short films will greet you in the city anywhere, anytime in October 2012. This year’s main theme is ‘HOME’, the festival will be on display on 20,000 screens in 20+ countries and 200+ cities and art will be incorporated into daily life as in every year.

Art By Chance discovers hidden artists all around the world and bring their films to the millions. Austria, Argentina, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Lithuania, Malaysia, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Spain, Holland, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, and United States of America are among the countries which Art By Chance will take place in.
